(A) A10 cells were stimulated with HMGB1 (100 ng/ml) for 48 h in the presence of MPIIIB10 (100 ng/ml), a neutralizing monoclonal antibody for OPN or IgG (1 μg/ml), and cell migration was then determined using a wound-healing assay. Representative photomicrographs of 4 independent experiments show cell monolayers at 48 h post-wounding. (B) The area of migrated cells in the wound area was calculated and expressed as % changes in the wound area.
