Nanobody sequences from Homo sapiens IGHV3-23*4, Vicugna pacos IGHV3S39*01, an FDA-approved nanobody, and the designed synthetic nanobody library were presented. The presence of random mutagenesis in the library is indicated by a “#” symbol, demonstrating the diversity within the synthetic library.
