The three-way repeated measure ANOVA revealed a statistically significant interaction between time and the EEG score in the eyes-closed resting state in the control (n = 20), barefoot (n = 20), and sneakers group (n = 19) (F(25, 672) = 6.63, p < 0.001). The control group presents significantly decreased SMR and increased Theta scores after the 12 weeks of self-study. Post-training, the barefoot group shows significantly decreased Gamma and H-beta scores while those of SMR and Alpha are increased.
