After 3 days of DSF and LPS treatment, the DCs were incubated with 50 µg/ml mitomycin C for 30 min and co-cultured with allogeneic spleen cells. After 5 days, CCK-8 assay was performed and the optical density (O.D.) was measured at 450 nm by using a microplate reader. Results are presented as mean ± SD, and statistical significance was performed by two-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test.
