Ulcerated DM rats were treated with or without paeonol. (A, B) Western blot was used to detect the expression of inflammatory factors IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-10 and macrophage markers CD86 and CD206 in the ulcers on the 21st day. (C, D) Immunofluorescence was used to detect the expression of iNOS and arginase 1 in the ulcers. Scale bar = 50 μm. The data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation.
