(A) GBL-14 cells and (B) human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs) were exposed to pEGFP, PAMAMG3/pEGFP, PAMAMG3-KRRR/pEGFP, and PAMAMG3-HKRRR/pEGFP for 24 h. The cells were harvested, and the cell fluorescence intensity of GFP-positive cells was quantitatively analyzed by flow cytometry. The x-axis shows fluorescence intensity and y-axis shows number of cells.
