Effects of UTD2 on the phosphorylation of PAK1 and Akt in MCF-7 cells. Cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of UTD2 for 24 hours. The cell lysates were prepared to analyze the levels of phosphorylated PAK1 (p-PAK1) and phosphorylated Akt (p-Akt) as described in materials and methods.
